摘要
为解决高压架空线路覆冰灾害监测困难的问题,设计了一种基于小波变换与图像形态学处理的输电线路覆冰远程监测系统。系统硬件部分为直接安装于输电线路的球体终端装置,装置通过感应取电供电,实时采集现场图片。针对现有覆冰厚度图像测量算法对噪声敏感的问题,提出通过小波变换分离图像高频与低频分量,结合形态学开闭运算对覆冰线路边缘进行处理,可有效抑制噪声与光照等干扰因素。经验证,系统能够准确测量线路覆冰厚度,实现线路覆冰的有效监测。
A remote monitoring system for ice covering transmission lines based on wavelet transform and image morphology processing was proposed to solve the difficult problem of monitoring of ice on overhead high-voltage transmission lines.The hardware part of the proposed system,a spherical terminal device directly mounted on the transmission line,was supported by inductive power and could realize real-time acquisition of on-site pictures.Considering that the present image measurement of covering ice was susceptible to noise,it was proposed that the high and low-frequency image components should be separated through wavelet transform,and the edges of the ice-covered lines should be processed through morphological opening-and-closing operation so as to effectively suppress interference factors such as noise and light.It was verified that the proposed system could accurately measure the thickness of the line-covering ice and realize its effective monitoring.
