摘要 为提高瓦斯抽采监控系统整体监控水平,减少系统无计划停机事故及快速按流程启停抽采泵。提出了一种基于S7-1200PLC和WinCC的瓦斯抽采监控系统解决方案。通过采用PLC的通信口对监控分站、温度巡检仪和智能电量传感器等智能仪表进行数据采集,提高了系统的数据采集效率,并将抽采系统中的监测参数和设备控制等功能全部集成到WinCC中,使系统在数据采集、设备控制和人机界面等方面得到了改善。通过在贵州某煤矿投入使用,有效减少了抽采系统的无计划停机事故,保障了煤矿的安全生产。 In order to improve the overall monitoring level of the gas extraction monitoring system,reduce unplanned system shutdown and quickly start/stop extraction pumps according to the process,a solution was proposed for the gas extraction monitoring system on the basis of S7-1200 PLC and WinCC.By using a PLC communication port to collect data from monitoring substations,temperature patrol instrument and intelligent instruments like intelligent electric quantity sensor,system data acquisition efficiency was improved.Furthermore,monitored parameters as well as equipment control and other functions of the extraction system were all integrated into WinCC so as to improve data acquisition,equipment control and man-machine interface of the system.Application in a coal mine in Guizhou indicated that unplanned shutdown of the extraction system was reduced efectively and production safety of the coal mine was guaranteed.
