Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Development of Business Incubation in the Pan-Pearl River Delta Region

总结泛珠三角区域孵化器发展现状,梳理其发展特点、运营情况和孵化绩效情况,深入分析所存在的问题和不足,包括泛珠三角区域发展不平衡现象突出、全孵化链条建设不够完善、孵化服务水平需要进一步提升,以及区域内各地区之间的协同能力和资源链接能力有待加强等。最后,有针对性地提出加快推动泛珠三角区域创业孵化发展的对策建议,即需要积极探索跨区域协调发展机制、加强创业孵化载体建设、加快提升整体孵化服务水平和推进与港澳合作及国际化发展,以此营造区域协同的创新创业文化氛围。

This paper summarizes the current situation of the development of incubators in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region,sorts out its development characteristics,operation and incubation performance,analyzes the problems and shortcomings in depth,including the outstanding imbalance of the development of the Pan-Pearl River Delta region,the imperfect construction of the whole incubation chain,the need to further improve the incubation service level,and the coordination and resource link capability between the Pan-Pearl regions needed to be strengthened.Finally,aimed at above problems,the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions,including the necessity to actively explore the cross-regional coordinated development mechanism,strengthen the construction of venture incubation carrier,accelerating the improvement of the overall incubation service level,promoting the cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao and international development,so as to create a regional and collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship culture.
