广东高新技术产业发展现状、问题和对策

The Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Guangdong High-tech Industry

目前,广东的高新技术产业已形成一定规模,在高技术制造业方面的效益持续提升,高新技术企业研发投入力度不断加大,研发产出明显增多,部分领域在国内乃至全球占领先地位。然而,仍存在高新技术产业发展不平衡、产业链高端受制于人、相关体制机制未发挥最大效应等问题。针对上述问题,提出稳定高技术产业国外供应链、搭建区域内高新技术产业全链条、全面扶持5G行业、加强高新技术产业人才和基础研究支撑、完善高新技术产业管理体制机制等建议,旨在推动广东高新技术产业发展。

At present,Guangdong’s high-tech industry has developed to a certain scale,and its high-tech manufacturing industry benefits continue to improve,high-tech enterprises research and development investment continue to increase,high-tech enterprises research and development output significantly increase,some areas have achieved domestic and even the world’s leading position.However,there are still some problems,such as unbalanced development within high-tech industry,restrictions from industrial chain upstream imposed by foreign countries,and improper relevant institutions and mechanisms.Aimed at above problems,this paper proposes countermeasures to further develop Guangdong’s high-tech industry,such as stabilizing high-tech industrial supply chain from foreign countries,setting up the regional whole-chain of high-tech industry,fully supporting 5G industry,strengthening the support from talents and basic research and improving management systems and mechanisms of high-tech industry,etc.
