Research Hotspots and Situation of Vocational Education Management in China Since 1949

摘要 职业教育管理是调节职业教育体系内外各种关系的组织活动和全部过程。职业教育管理不仅是职业教育发展的充分条件,也是职业教育改革创新的关键。采用共词可视化的方法对中国职业教育管理进行分析研究,结果表明,1949年以来中国职业教育管理制度研究热点,主要集中在多元联动的职业教育管理研究、高等职业教育管理研究、职业教育管理创新研究、职业教育管理存在问题及策略研究、中等职业教育管理研究等五个领域。未来,可从国外职业教育管理、混合所有制职业院校治理的政府定位、职业教育管理的社会参与度、职业教育管理督导体系等领域深入研究。 Vocational education management is the organizational activity and whole process to regulate various relationships inside and outside the vocational education system.In terms of vocational education management,it is not only the sufficient condition for development,but also the crucial factor for its reform and innovation.This article has conducted analysis and research on the vocational education management of China using coword visualization.The research result shows that,the hotspots of research on the system of vocational education management in China since 1949 mainly concentrated on such five fields of vocational education management as multi-element linkage,higher vocational education,innovation therein,existing problems and corresponding countermeasures,and secondary vocational education.In the future,such research may be further done on such fields as vocational education management in foreign countries,governmental orientation in governance of diversified ownership vocational schools,degree of social participation in vocational education management,and supervising system for vocational education management.
