摘要
职业教育作为一种类型教育,服务区域产业发展能力已成为职业教育专业建设与评价的逻辑起点,支撑区域产业发展能力必将成为职业教育专业建设与评价的发展要求。围绕人才培养质量这条生命线,建设对接产业链及岗位群能力要求的专业群课程体系、人才培养方案和"1+X"型教学创新团队,便是专业群提升服务能力建设模型的核心构件。在理论假设与实践过程中,探索并积累专业群提升服务与支撑区域产业能力建设的路径与经验,建构"国家标准+特色标准"的培养方案,"平台+‘魔方’+方向"的课程体系,建设"1+X"多元素质的教学创新团队,是当前职业学校贯彻落实职教20条的必然要求。
As for vocational education—being a type of education,its ability to serve the development of regional industries has become a logical starting point for construction and assessment of vocational education specialties and its ability to support the development of regional industries will surely become a requirement to the same.Centering on the lifeline of talents cultivation quality,constructing a curriculum system for specialties clusters,talents cultivation schemes and an innovation team for the"1+X"teaching mode meeting requirements on the ability to dock with industrial chains&posts clusters has become a core component of the model to construct and elevate the service ability of specialties clusters.It is an inevitable requirement on present vocational schools to carry through and implement the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan by exploring paths and accumulating experiences to construct and elevate the ability of specialties clusters to serve and support regional industries,constructing the cultivation scheme of"national standards+characteristic standards"and the curriculum system of"Platform+‘Magic cube’+Direction"and building a teaching innovation team with"1+X"diversified competencies.
