柳州市现代学徒制试点城市建设模式及路径研究

Research on Mode and Path to Construct Liuzhou as a Pilot City for Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制是建设中国特色职业教育人才培养模式探索中的重要形式,也是彰显职业教育类型特色的重要载体。柳州市依托国家、自治区新时期大力发展职业教育有利政策以及柳州市雄厚的工业基础,从顶层设计、运行机制、实施方式、试点关键以及师资队伍等五个建设维度,构建了现代学徒制试点城市模式,包括积极推进试点的结构性对接和内容式对接、构建"市政府—市属部门—职业院校"三级治理运行机制、搭建全方位融合的校企合作平台、深入开展人才培养模式改革、组建现代学徒制高水平师资队伍等举措。

Modern apprenticeship is an important form to explore and construct a model to cultivate talents for vocational education with Chinese characteristics and an important carrier to demonstrate types and characteristics of vocational education.Relying on the favorable policies of the state and the autonomous region for vigorous development of vocational education in the new stage and its solid industrial foundation,Liuzhou City,in five constructional dimensions as top-level design,operational mechanism,enforcement mode,crucial factors for pilot projects,faculties,has constructed a model for pilot city of modern apprenticeship system,which specifically includes such measures and actions as proactive promotion of structural docking and content docking of the pilot projects,construction of the three-level governance and operation mechanism involving"municipal government--municipal functioning organs--vocational schools",put-up of all-round enterprise-school cooperation platforms,deepening deployment of talents cultivation mode reform,and establishment of high-level faculties for modern apprenticeship system.
