乡村振兴战略背景下广西乡村旅游用地高效利用研究

Research on Efficient Utilization of Rural Tourism Land in Guangxi under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着旅游产业战略支柱性地位的确立和行业"井喷式"快速发展,"旅游用地"引起了业界越来越多的关注。乡村振兴战略的全面实施,为乡村旅游业的快速发展壮大提供了新的动能和引擎,其中,解决好旅游用地是关键。在乡村振兴战略背景下,广西乡村旅游建设用地存在供需矛盾,需要关注农用地流转、租赁、置换成效以及落实"多规合一"确保旅游用地指标等方面。

With the establishment of strategic pillar position of tourism industry and its"skyrocketing"development,"tourism land"has drawn more and more concern of the industry.Meanwhile,the implementation of rural revitalization strategy has provided new kinetic energy and engine to the rapid development and growth of rural tourism,in which process getting tourism lands well solved has become a pivotal point.Imbalance between supply and demand exists in Guangxi’s supplying land for rural tourism along with implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and it is needed to pay close attention to such aspects as effectiveness of circulation,leasing and replacement of farming land and implementation of"Allin-one of multiple regulations"to ensure index of land use for tourism.
