摘要
设计了免维护双腹板滑轮试验台并进行滑轮动载试验。通过该动载试验装置,研究了此滑轮在额定动载荷和额定静载荷运转时腹板上的应力分布,从而确定滑轮在实际使用中的安全可靠性。通过对比动静载工况、钢丝绳不同偏角工况的试验数据,其结果表明各工况下滑轮材料均在线弹性范围内,证实该滑轮在大幅减重后其强度仍然符合设计要求,并有较大的安全系数储备,同时按设计要求能够达到免维护的使用性能,也较好地能够满足了船级社认证等各方面要求。
In this paper,we designed a maintenance-free double-web pulley test bench and carried out pulley dynamic load tests.By using dynamic load test devices,the stress distribution on the web of the pulley under the rated dynamic load and rated static load was studied,so as to determine whether the pulley was safe and reliable in actual use.The comparison of test data under dynamic load or static load conditions or under different deflection angles of wire rope showed that its pulley material under each working condition met relevant elastic requirements,which proved that the strength of the pulley still met design requirements and showed a large safety margin after reducing weight substantially.At the same time,according to design requirements,the pulley showed maintenance-free service performance and better met requirements of classification society certification and others.
