在最新的起重机械安全规程要求下,依据起重机械设计规范理论,设计了一种结构合理、安全经济性价比更高、安装便捷的异型滑轮代替吊运熔融金属起重机起升钢丝绳缠绕系统中的平衡滑轮,使其满足单吊点至少采用两根独立钢丝绳的安全要求,同时降低企业生产成本,提高生产作业的安全性。

According to requirements of the latest Safety Rules for Lifting Appliances and the Design Rules for Cranes,a profiled pulley with reasonable structure,safety,higher economic cost performance and convenient installation was designed,to replace the balance pulley in the winding system of the hoisting wire rope of cranes for lifting molten metal so as to meet the safety requirement that a single hoisting point shall be provided with at least two independent wire ropes,reduce production costs and improve the safety of production operations.
