摘要
大型炼钢厂冶金铸造起重机通常为三班连续作业,又存在车轮啃轨现象,其车轮组又较多,车轮组发生故障的概率居高不下,然其车轮更换困难,一直是设备维修的一大难点。文中对冶金铸造起重机车轮故障进行研究,提出了处理方案,并经测试,使用效果良好。
Metallurgical casting cranes in large steel mills usually operate continuously for three shifts every day.Because there are a large number of wheel sets and rail gnawing happens often,the probability of wheel set failure is high.However,wheel replacement has always been a difficult in equipment maintenance.In this paper,the wheel failure of metallurgical casting cranes was studied;a treatment scheme was put forward and tested.Results showed that good outcomes were achieved.
