摘要 目的:利用人工智能技术建设临床科研大数据平台。方法:采用了Openstack作为数据平台私有云的解决方案,应用层使用Docker容器化方案,数据库使用了开源数据库软件PostgreSQL,平台的应用主要由科研数据中心、临床大数据治理平台、智能科研检索、临床科研采集系统、全院级科研随访系统五部分组成。结果:通过该平台临床研究人员获取数据将更便捷,科研管理更高效,探索新的研究方向更容易。结论:基于临床科研大数据平台,能为医院各专科提供有效的科研服务,实现科研、论文和核心技术等方面的突破提升。 Objective: To build a big data platform for clinical research by artificial intelligence technology. Methods: It is adopted as the data platform of private cloud solution, the application layer using a Docker container, PostgreSQL database using the open source database software, the platform is mainly composed of scientific research of the application of the data center, big clinical data management platform, intelligent scientific retrieval and clinical follow-up research collection system, floor level scientific research system of five parts. Results: The platform will make it easier for clinical researchers to obtain data, conduct scientific research more efficiently and explore new research directions. Conclusion: Based on the big data platform of clinical scientific research, it can provide effective scientific research services for various specialties in hospitals to achieve breakthroughs in scientific research, papers and core technologies.
