摘要
目的:疾病诊断相关分组(Diagnosis Related Groups,DRG)是助力医院管理、付费改革的管理工具。将DRG与大数据技术有机结合,建设基于大数据平台的DRG系统能实现数据的深度挖掘,有助于实现精细化管理、医保费用分析和数据科研应用。方法:运用大数据技术,将数据经数据脱敏、ETL、数据建模、后结构化等过程,实现了DRG数据的深度分析、科研应用及DRG病例调阅与查询等功能。结果:该系统为医院管理、医保费用分析提供数据支撑,有效提高了病案编码质量,满足DRG科研数据利用。结论:大数据技术与DRG的结合,能进一步拓展DRG数据分析和应用,为医院医教研管提供数据支撑。
Objective: Diagnosis Related Groups(DRG) is a management tool that helps hospital management and payment reform. By integrating DRG and big data technologies organically, the DRG system based on big data platform can realize deep data mining, which is conducive to the fine management of medical insurance cost analysis and data research and application. Methods: By big data technology, data desensitization, ETL, data modeling, post-structuring and other processes, to achieve deep analysis of DRG data, scientific research applications and DRG case access and query. Results: Provide data support for hospital management and medical insurance cost analysis, effectively improve the quality of medical records and meet the needs of DRG scientific research data. Conclusions: The combination of big data technology and DRG can further expand the analysis and application of DRG data and provide data support for hospital medical education and research management.
