基于人脸识别技术的医院全流程就医实践

Practice of the Whole-process Doctor Visiting in Hospital Based on the Face Recognition Technology

目的:为了进一步优化就医流程,采用技术手段打造医院全流程的人脸识别就医模式,患者无需带任何证件即可完成医院全流程就医过程,人脸即患者身份标识。方法:建设基于人脸识别技术医院挂号、缴费、发药、门诊接诊、医技报到以及体检病退等方面的全流程就医环节。结果:基于人脸识别的医院全流程就医模式实现了患者就医流程优化,以及患者真实身份不可替代的可靠性,有效杜绝冒名就医等非法行为。结论:运用人脸识别技术创新医院全程就医模式,实践证明在改善就医体验,优化流程,保障患者安全等方面取得良好成效,是可借鉴的模式。

Objective:In order to further optimize the process of medical treatment,we use technical means to build the whole-process of face recognition medical treatment mode in hospital,patients can complete the whole-process of hospital medical treatment without any documents,face is patient identity.Methods:Focus on building hospital registration,payment,dispensing drugs,outpatient treatment,in-patient reports and medical examination based on face recognition technology.Results:The whole-process of hospital medical treatment based on face recognition realized the optimization of patients’medical treatment process and the irreplaceable reliability of patients’real identities,and effectively eliminated illegal behaviors such as pseudonymous medical treatment.Conclusion:Using face recognition technology to innovate the whole-process of hospital medical treatment mode,practice has proved that it is improving medical treatment experience,optimizing process and ensuring.Good results have been achieved in patient safety and other aspects,which can be used for reference.
