摘要
目的:通过对《针灸甲乙经》等针灸古籍的数据挖掘寻找表征原穴定量差异的指标。方法:借助图论建立穴位-主治症状的复杂网络,通过度值计算、佩奇排名算法等得出十二原穴的拓扑学指标差异,并探讨差异产生的原因及临床意义。结果:在表征原穴的定量差异中,佩奇排名比度值计算更具备显著差异,并可联系相应的时代背景特征。结论:基于图论的十二原穴拓扑参数变化,为在临床研究中定量评估不同治疗方案穴位的重要程度提供思路,为针灸数字化、智能化提供具体方法。
Objective:Through the data mining of ancient books about acupuncture and moxibustion such as A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,to look for the indicators representing the quantitative differences of Yuan acupoints.Methods:With the help of graph theory,the complex network of acupoint and indications is established,the differences in topological indicator of 12 Yuan acupoints are obtained through degree calculation and Page ranking algorithm,and the causes and clinical significance of the differences are discussed about.Results:In the representation of the quantitative differences of Yuan acupoints,Page ranking has more significant differences than degree value calculation,and can be related to the corresponding characteristics of historical background.Conclusion:The topological parameter changes of 12 Yuan acupoints based on graph theory provide ideas for quantitative evaluation of the importance of acupoints in different treatment schemes in the clinical research,and provide specific methods for digitalization and intellectualization of acupuncture and moxibustion.
