Objective: To test and evaluate the application of Intelligent Radiotherapy Cloud Platform(RAIC.OIS), an automatic contouring software, in the automatic contouring of the bladder structure of patients with cervical cancer. Methods: 30 patients with cervical cancer received from July 2017 to July 2019 are selected for the study. By comparing the volume difference(△V%), position difference(DC), shape consistency(DSC, SI, IncI) and contouring time of bladder structure automatically and manually contoured, the feasibility and accuracy of the application of automatic contouring tool RAIC.OIS in the automatic contouring of bladder are evaluated. Results: According to the test results, the volume difference of bladder structure of patients with cervical cancer automatically and manually contoured is(3.00±8.31)%, the deviation of center of mass is(0.30±0.07)cm, DSC value is 0.91±0.03, SI is 0.92±0.02, IncI is 0.90±0.06, and the average time of automatic contouring is about 4.4 s. Conclusion: The automatic contouring tool of RAIC.OIS can achieve satisfactory results of contouring of the bladder structure of patients with cervical cancer, greatly reduce the manual contouring time of bladder structure of clinicians, and improve the work efficiency of radiotherapy.
