摘要
目的:介绍一种构建桡骨远端骨折三维模型的方法,为桡骨远端骨折诊疗提供新思路。方法:基于腕关节CT断层图像,利用Mimics软件的阈值分割、区域增长以及3D建模等模块,建立桡骨远端骨折三维模型。结果:利用Mimics三维重建软件快速构建了一个准确、直观的桡骨远端骨折三维模型。结论:Mimics软件三维重建模型可为桡骨远端骨折的诊断与治疗,医疗器械研发,生物力学分析以及临床教学提供了强有力的支持,对于优化桡骨远端骨折的诊疗具有积极意义。
Objective:To introduce a method of constructing a three-dimensional model of distal radius fracture and provide a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods:Based on the CT image of wrist joint,the 3D model of distal radius fracture was established by using the threshold segmentation,region growth and 3D calculating modules of Mimics software.Results:An accurate and direct 3D model of distal radius fracture was constructed by using the software of Mimics.Conclusion:3D reconstruction model based on Mimics software can provide strong support for the diagnosis and treatment of distal radius fracture,the research and development of instruments,the biomechanical analysis of wrist joint and clinical teaching,which is of positive significance for optimizing the diagnosis and treatment of distal radius fracture.
