摘要
介绍了在踏板总成的冲压件传统生产工艺的基础上,经过改善,提出了1出5多工位级进模(4个品种、5个零件)的冲压方案,并介绍了冲压件的冲压成形的排样、模具结构以及模具的工作过程。有效地解决了生产成本高、生产效率低、材料利用率低等问题,确保了冲压件质量的稳定性和生产效率的高效性。
Based on the traditional production technology of stamping parts of pedal assembly,the stamping scheme of multi-station progressive die with one out and five parts(four varieties and five parts) is put forward after improvement, and the layout of stamping forming parts, die structure and working process of die are introduced. It can effectively solve the problems of high production cost, low production efficiency and low material utilization, and ensure the stability of product quality and high efficiency of production.
