摘要
通过一种新型的化学发泡工艺,型芯自锁后退(Core-back)来进行化学发泡,制得泡孔均匀的发泡制品,从浇注、排气系统和Core-back距离以及外观面的防缺陷结构具体介绍了其模具结构的设计,工艺开发通过现代化实验编排工具DOE进行以确保得到最佳的工艺参数。
Novel chemical foaming process Core-back process had been used to get excellent microcell structure.Feed,exhaust systems and Core-back value were mentioned to reveal the segment of mold.DOE was done for the best manufacture parameters.
