摘要
以某车型后轮罩外板为研究对象,对其进行AutoForm分析,研究不同拉伸筋对成型性影响。采用不同形式拉伸筋对成型结果进行优化分析。通过对比分析周圈拉伸筋、分段拉伸筋和双层拉伸筋,并结合失效原因分析,得出对于深拉伸制件,双层拉伸筋更有利于制件成形。
Taking the outer panel of the rear wheel cover of a certain vehicle as the research object,AutoForm analysis was performed to study the influence of different draw bars on the formability.Different forms of drawbeads are used to optimize the forming results.By comparing and analyzing the peripheral drawbeads,segment drawbeads and double drawbeads,and combined with the analysis of the failure reasons,it is concluded that for deep drawn parts,double drawbeads are more conducive to forming the part.
