摘要
介绍了定模弯销抽芯、动模斜顶抽芯、动模斜导柱抽芯的注射模结构设计,由于塑件外观要求质量高,不能有浇口痕迹,故采用了潜顶针式潜伏式浇口,方便了顶出,同时也提高了塑件的外表面质量;阐述了注射模成型零件、排气系统、冷却系统、顶出系统的设计,对同类型塑件的注射模设计可提供借鉴。
This article details the fixed mold bend pin core-pulling,the moving mold oblique top core-pulling,the moving mold oblique guide column core-pulling design focus,because the appearance of the plastic parts require high quality,can not have a gate traces,so the use of a sub-top needle-type latent gate,convenient top out,but also improve the outer surface quality of the plastic.The design key points of the parting surface,exhaust system,cooling system and top-out system of the plastic parts are also expounded,which provides a useful reference for the injection mold design of the same type of product.
