摘要
山东某炼厂新建一除盐水站,采用多介质过滤器+活性炭过滤器+反渗透装置+阳床+阴床+混床处理工艺,以实现出水水质满足锅炉补水和炼化装置用水的要求。运行过程中出现了反渗透装置污堵快、化学清洗频繁,以及混床再生周期短的问题。对现场工况进行分析,调整了药剂投加量和加药点位置,并用碱液对全部树脂罐中的树脂进行处理,有效延长了反渗透装置的化洗周期及混床的再生周期。
A Shandong refinery construct a new desalination station. The main process including multimedium filter+activated carbon filter+RO+cation exchanger+anion exchanger+mixed bed exchanger is involved to achieve the demand of boiler and refining device. The problem of RO device fouling fast and chemical cleaning frequently and regeneration cycle of mixed bed short raised in the process of reverse osmosis device. By analyzing on-site operating conditions,the dosage and dosing position were adjusted,and resin was treated with the alkali solution,which prolonged the cycle of RO CIP and resin regeneration.
