团队化个案关注护理对股骨颈骨折老年患者疾病不确定感的影响

Effect of team-based cases on the effect of nursing on the uncertainty of disease in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

目的观察团队化个案关注护理对股骨颈骨折患者疾病不确定感的影响.方法选择团队化个案关注护理实施前(2018年4月~12月)和实施后(2019年1月~8月)我院收治的股骨颈骨折老年患者各40例为研究样本,实施前后分别设为对照组和试验组.对照组接受口头说教式健康指导.试验组接受团队化个案关注护理干预.对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较.结果试验组干预后疾病不确定感评分显著低于对照组,健康管理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论采用团队化个案关注护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者施加干预,可显著改善患者疾病不确定感,提升其健康管理满意度.

Objective Observing the effect of nursing on the uncertainty of the disease in patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods Selecting teamed cases to focus on the pre-treatment(April-December 2018)and post-implementation(January-August 2019),40 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were included in the study sample,before and after the implementation of fracture cases The scores were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group received oral instructional health guidance.The experimental group received team-based cases to pay attention to the nursing intervention,and the observation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The disease uncertainty scores of the elderly patients with femoral neck fractures in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the health management satisfaction scores were significantlyhigher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of team-based case-focused care to intervene in elderly patients with femoral neck cases can significantly improve the uncertainty of the disease in these fractures and improve their health management satisfaction.
