OSBCM联合PBL教学法对本科护生综合素质及教学满意度的影响

摘要 目的研究"以器官系统为中心"(OSBCM)联合"以问题为导向"(PBL)教学法对本科护生综合素质及教学满意度的影响.方法选取我校2017级本科护生75名作为研究对象,将实施"以学科为中心"(DBCM)联合PBL教学法护生为对照班(37名).将实施OSBCM联合PBL教学法护生为观察班(38名).比较两班学期末考核成绩、综合能力评分以及满意度情况.结果观察班理论和技能成绩均高于对照班(P<0.05);观察班课程评价、理解能力、表达能力、分析能力以及合作能力评分均高于对照班(P<0.05);观察班教学满意度97.37%,高于对照班的78.38%(P<0.05).结论对本科护生实施OSBCM联合PBL教学法,可提高护生的综合素质以及教学满意度. Objective To study the effect of"organ system-centered"(OSBCM)and"problem-oriented"(PBL)teaching method on the comprehensive quality and teaching satisfaction of undergraduate nursing students.Methods 75 undergraduate nursing students of grade 2017 in our university were selected as the research object.The students who implemented the teaching mode of"subject-centered"(DBCM)and PBL were divided into control classes(n=37),and the students who implemented the teaching mode combined with PBL were divided into observation classes(n=38).Compare the results,comprehensive ability score and satisfaction of the two classes at the end of semester.Results Observation The theoretical and skill scores of the class were higher than those of the control class,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),understanding,expression,analysis and cooperation in the observation class were higher than those in the control class(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the observation class(97.37%)was higher than that in the control class(78.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined PBL teaching method OSBCM undergraduate nursing students can improve their comprehensive quality and teaching satisfaction.
