炼化一体化项目整体供气供热方案比较

COMPARISON OF GAS AND HEAT INTEGRAL SUPPLY SCHEMES FOR INTEGRATED REFINING AND PETROCHEMICAL PROJECTS

摘要 减少三废排放、提高项目能效,从而降低对环境的影响是目前大型炼化一体化项目追求的目标之一。对炼化一体化项目配套的整体煤气化联合循环多联产方案、循环流化床锅炉与煤制气联合供热供气方案进行综合比较,结果表明:整体煤气化联合循环多联产方案具有较低环境影响、较高的能效,但由于投资高昂,导致其经济性相对较差。同时对整体煤气化联合循环多联产方案的可靠性进行了客观分析,并指出其在工程实施时的难点和注意事项。 It is one of the goals pursued by large-scale integrated refining and petrochemical projects to reduce the discharge of waste,improve the project energy efficiency and thus reduce the impact on the environment.In this paper,the integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC)scheme,the circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler with coal-to-gas scheme,which supporting for integrated refining and petrochemical projects are comprehensive compared,the results show that the IGCC scheme has lower environmental impact,high energy efficiency,but because of the high investment thus its economy is relatively poor.In addition,this paper also makes an objective analysis of the reliability of the IGCC scheme,and points out the difficulties and matters needing attention in the project implementation.
