水煤浆气化、净化装置DCS系统改造的设计与实施

THE REFORMATION ON DCS SYSTEM DESIGN IN COAL WATER SLURRY GASIFICATION AND PURIFICATION PLANT AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION

从水煤浆气化、净化装置DCS改造的设计出发,介绍改造过程中所涉及的硬件配置项目,主要包括I/O卡件设计,C300控制器以及操作站更新等。在系统组态方面则从三款主要组态软件入手,介绍控制策略软件、系统服务器的组态软件、用户流程图组态软件的用途及特点。根据水煤浆装置在实际生产中遇到的问题及多年实践总结,对部分DCS联锁、顺序控制(简称顺控)及控制回路功能进行变更与优化,主要包括删除锁斗无效报警、优化锁斗顺控、取消氧煤比和水煤比复杂自控回路等。

The reformation on DCS system in coal water slurry gasification and purification plant,and some hardware configuration items involved in this reformation,mainly including PMIO design,C300 controller,and the updating of operation station,were introduced.Three kinds of soft wares used during configuration,and their characteristics were introduced,such as control policy software,system server configuration software and user’s flow diagram configuration software.Considering the problems often occurred during operation and the experience accumulated year by year,some modification and optimization were made on part of DCS interlock,sequence control,and control loop function,mainly including deleting lock failure alarm,optimizing lock sequence control,and deleting some complex auto-control loop,such as oxygen and coal ratio control,water and coal ratio control,etc.
