摘要
分别采用硫酸亚铁和聚合氯化铝作为絮凝剂,处理渣油气化装置产生的低浓度含氰废水。实验表明,采用硫酸亚铁作为絮凝剂时,氰化物的最佳去除效果可达33.2%,采用聚合氯化铝作为絮凝剂时,渣油气化产生的低浓度含氰废水经气浮后,氰化物的最高去除率为15.3%,而固体悬浮物和COD去除率差别不大。采用硫酸亚铁作为絮凝剂,可有效提高渣油气化废水经混凝气浮后的氰化物去除率,明显改善后续生化处理系统运行环境。
Utilize ferrous sulfate and poly-aluminium chloride as flocculant to treat the low-concentration cyanide-containing wastewater discharged from residue oil gasification plant.The comparison test showed:after flotation,the cyanide removal rate of the cyanide-containing wastewater discharged from residue gasification plant was 15.3%when utilizing ferrous sulfate as flocculant.The removal rate was increased to 33.2%when utilizing poly-aluminium chloride as flocculant.Meanwhile the removal rate of suspended solid and COD made little difference.The cyanide removal rate was significantly increased while utilizing ferrous sulfate as flocculant.The operation condition of downstream ecological system was obviously improved.
