In order to promote the development of human library in China,and make it a useful and promising institution to serve the society,the concept Sinicized Human Library is defined based on reviewing the development process in China,and it believes that the construction of sinicized human library is of great significance.Combined with specific cases,key issues including main subjects,sources,collections,classification cataloguing and circulation of human books are discussed in the paper.The construction of sinicized human library is not an easy task,but it will be done as long as facing up the existing problems and combining theory with practice.
