《发展与信息获取2019》是国际图联发展与信息获取系列报告的第二期,内容聚焦在有意义信息获取的支柱、进展,图书馆支持信息获取及其技能使用的成效以及2019年信息获取和重点可持续发展目标这四个主题。报告强调了制定协调一致政策的重要性以及图书馆在可持续目标的实现进程中发挥着"加速器的作用,并倡议从全球途径获取信息。基于此,图书馆需要从宏观角度设计与可持续发展目标的多维对接机制,以微观视角指导图书馆支持可持续发展目标的服务创新实践,以优化思维完善信息获取的不同维度,从不同层面推进图书馆界的合作。

Development and Access to Information 2019 is the second issue of the development and access to information series,focusing on the pillars and progress of meaningful access to information,effectiveness of library support for access to information and the use of its skills,and access to information and key sustainable development goals for 2019•The report highlights the importance of coherent policies and the role of libraries as"accelerators"in the achievement of the sustainable goals,and advocates global access to information.The library needs to design the multi-dimensional docking mechanism between the macro perspective and the sustainable development goals,guide the service innovation practice of the library from the micro perspective,optimize thinking to improve different dimensions of information acquisition,and promote the comprehensive cooperation among all levels of the library community.
