锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Locking Compression Plate Internal Fixation in Treatment of Limbs Fracture

目的观察锁定加压钢板内固定(LCP)治疗四肢骨折(TF)的疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月武警江苏省总队医院收治的80例TF患者,根据手术方法不同分成A、B 2组,每组40例。A组采用LCP治疗,B组采用切开复位内固定(ORIF)治疗。对比2组手术耗时、出血量、住院时间及骨折愈合率。结果A组手术耗时、出血量、住院时间均少于B组(P<0.05)。A组骨折愈合率高于B组(97.50%vs.85.00%,P<0.05)。结论相较于ORIF,采用LCP方法治疗TF的疗效更好。

Objective To observe the effect of locking compression plate(LCP)internal fixation in the treatment of four-limb fracture(TF).Methods Totally 80 cases of TF were selected from February 2018 to February 2019 in the General Hospital of Jiangsu Province.All cases were assigned to 2 groups according to different surgical methods,40 cases in each group.The group A was fixed by LCP and the group B was fixed with open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF).The operative time,the amount of bleeding,the hospitalization time and the fracture healing rate of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,the amount of bleeding and the length of hospital stay in group A were less than the group B(P<0.05),and the rate of fracture healing in group A was higher than the group B(97.50%vs.85.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ORIF,the treatment of TF with LCP fixation is better.
