氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效比较

摘要 目的比较氧驱动雾化吸入与空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取武汉市第八医院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的130例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为A、B 2组,每组65例。A组采取氧驱动雾化吸入,B组采取空气压缩泵雾化吸入治疗,比较2组患儿治疗总有效率以及血氧饱和度(SaO2)水平。结果A组患儿总有效率95.38%,较B组患儿总有效率83.08%更高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.123,P=0.024);经过治疗,A组患儿SaO2水平较B组更高(t=5.084,P=0.001)。结论氧驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘较空气压缩泵雾化吸入更具优势,能够获得更好的治疗效果。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation and air compression pump inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods Totally 130 children with asthma admitted to Eighth Hospital of Wuhan from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomLy divided into A and B groups,65 in each group.Group A was treated with oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation,and group B was treated with aircompression pump for aerosol inhalation.The total effective rate and SaO2 levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of children in group A 95.38%was higher than that in group B 83.08%.The difference between groups was significant(χ2=5.123,P=0.024).After treatment,the level of SaO2 in group A was higher than that in the B group(t=5.084,P=0.001).Conclusion Oxygen-driven nebulized inhalation is more advantageous than inhalation of air compression pump in children with asthma.It can obtain better therapeutic effect.
