输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗200例输尿管结石的临床疗效观察

Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotripsy in the Treatment of 200 Cases of Ureteral Calculi

目的观察输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的治疗效果。方法选取中部战区总医院(汉口院区)2018年1月至12月收治的200例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,按照入组先后顺序分为对照组(单数)和观察组(偶数)2组,每组100例。对照组接受开放手术,观察组接受输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗。对2组患者的临床效果进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的手术时间、引流管拔除时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组,且术中出血量和并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者结石清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于输尿管结石而言,输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术优势明显,不仅可以加快患者的康复速度,还能够使并发症的发生率显著降低,同时减少了术中出血量,具有较高的结石清除率及治疗价值,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 200 patients with ureteral stones admitted to the Central Warfare Area General Hospital(Hankou Hospital)from January to December 2018 as an object of study.According to the order of inclusion,the patients were divided into the control group(odd number)and the observation group(even number),with 100 patients in each group.The control group received open surgery,and the observation group received holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The operation time,drainage tube removal time and postoperative hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume and complication rate were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in stone clearance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For ureteral calculi,holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope has obvious advantages.It can not only accelerate the recovery of patients,but also significantly reduce the incidence of complications.At the same time,it can reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation.It has a high stone removal rate and treatment value,and it is worthy of further clinical application.
