祛痰救肺汤联合针灸治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能的影响

Effect of Qutan Jiufei Decoction Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Pulmonary Function of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Stage

目的观察祛痰救肺汤联合针灸治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月重庆市长寿区人民医院收治的COPD稳定期患者140例,随机分为2组,每组70例。对照组患者给予异丙托溴铵雾化吸入,研究组患者采用祛痰救肺汤联合针灸治疗。对比2组患者肺功能指标和治疗效果。结果治疗后研究组患者第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量占所有呼气量的比例简称一秒率(FEV1/FVC)水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗显效率41.43%和总有效率91.43%显著高于对照组显效率25.71%和总有效率78.57%,差异有统计学意义(25.71%,78.57%)(P<0.05)。结论祛痰救肺汤联合针灸治疗用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期,可有效改善患者肺功能。

Objective To explore the effect of Qutan Jiufei decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,140 patients with COPD in stable period from Changshou District People's Hospital of Chongqing were randomLy divided into two groups with 70 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation,and the patients in the study group were treated with expectorant decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Lung function index and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1/FVC)in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The apparent efficiency of treatment in the study group was 41.43%and the total effective rate was 91.43%,which were significantly higher than that in the control group(25.71%,78.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Qutan Jiufei decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve the lung function of patients in the stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
