布地奈德联合特布他林对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响分析

Effect of Budesonide Combined with Terbutaline on lung Function in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察布地奈德联合特布他林对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年11月大庆龙南医院呼吸内科收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者124例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组(62例)和试验组(62例)。对照组单纯给予特布他林治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予布地奈德联合特布他林治疗,观察2组患者治疗后的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)及动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)。结果治疗后试验组PaO2、PaCO2明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中应用布地奈德联合特布他林治疗方案,能有效改善患者的肺功能,提高患者治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline on pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Totally 124 patients with COPD treated in Department of Respiratory Medicine of Daqing Longnan Hospital from July 2018 to November 2019 were selected as subjects.All patients were randomLy divided into control group(62 cases)and experimental group(62 cases).The control group was treated with terbutaline alone,and the experimental group was treated with budesonide combined with terbutaline on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the experimental group PaO2,PaCO2 It was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline can effectively improve the pulmonary function and survival treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
