临床医学检验中影响血液细胞检测质量的有关因素及其控制方法研究

Study on Influencing Factors on Quality of Blood Cell Detection and Control Methods in Clinical Medical Examination

目的探究临床医学检验当中对血液细胞检测质量产生影响的因素,分析控制方法。方法选取2017年8月至2018年8月山东省德州市陵城区妇幼保健院接诊的240例血液检查的健康人员作为此研究对象,所有研究对象血型相同,在研究中,需要对不同稀释比例和不同放置时间下的研究对象血液标本中的白细胞、红细胞、血小板、血红蛋白含量进行对比分析。结果检查过程中,对血液的稀释程度会直接影响到最终的检查结果,在抗凝剂比例正常1∶10000血液的检查结果与抗凝剂配比不准1∶5000的结果比较具有显著区别。标本的放置时间不同,血液的检查结果差异也比较明显。结论临床医学检验过程中,血液的稀释比例、血液标本在室温下的放置时间、以及检验人员的操作均会对最终的血液细胞检测质量产生影响,在临床医学实践中应该对此引起注意,以保障检验结果的精准性。

objective To explore the factors that affect the quality of blood cell test in clinical medicine and analyze the control methods accordingly.Methods A total of 240 blood samples from August 2017 to August 2018 in Lingcheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Dezhou City,Shandong Province were selected as the subjects.All the subjects had the same blood type.The contents of white blood cells,red blood cells,platelets and hemoglobin in the blood standard of the subjects with different dilution ratio and different placement time were compared and analyzed.Results During the examination,the degree of blood dilution will directly affect the final examination results,and there is a significant difference between the results of blood examination with a normal ratio of 1∶10000 and the results with an incorrect ratio of 1∶5000.The difference of blood test results was also obvious when the specimens were placed at different times.Conclusion In that process of clinical medicine test,the dilution ratio of blood,the placement time of blood sample at room temperature,and the operation of the inspector will have an influence on the quality of the final blood cell test,which should be paid attention to in clinical medicine practice,To ensure the accuracy of the test results.
