质量控制对免疫检验的应用效果

Application Effect of Quality Control on Immunological Test

目的分析免疫检验中行质量控制的作用。方法选取大庆油田总医院2017年1月至2019年2月接受免疫检验的207例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组(102例)和B组(105例);A组行常规检验,B行质量控制。对比2组各项指标的变异系数、标本差错率、合格率与管理效果优良率。结果A组的血清胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素抗体(IAb)、C肽(C-P)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、CA125、癌胚抗原(CEA)、CA199、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)等变异系数均高于B组。A组的标本合格率为87.25%,B组为95.24%;A组的管理效果优良率为88.24%,B组为94.29%,B组均显著高于A组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为免疫检验患者行质量控制能够保证各项指标的检验精准度和标本质量,降低标本的差错率,具有较佳的管理效果。

Objective To analyze the role of quality control in immunological examination.Methods A total of 207 patients who received immunological tests in Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as study subjects and divided into group A(102 cases)and Group B(105 cases)according to the random number table method.Group A was subjected to routine inspection,while Group B was subjected to quality control.The variation coefficient,specimen error rate,pass rate and management efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The variation coefficients of serum insulin(INS),insulin antibody(IAb),C-peptide(C-P),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),CA125,CEA,CA199 and human chorionic gonadotropin(-HCG)in group A were all higher than those in group B.The qualified rate of specimens in group A and Group B was 87.25%and 95.24%respectively.The rate of excellent and good management effect in group A was 88.24%,and that in group B was 94.29%,both of which were significantly higher than that in group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control of immunoassay patients can ensure the accuracy of various indicators and specimen quality,reduce the error rate of specimens,and have a better management effect.
