海洋生物C型凝集素研究进展

Research Progress of C-Type Lectin in Marine Organisms

C型凝集素是指一类依赖钙离子的糖结合蛋白,是凝集素家族中种类和数量最多的一个家族,广泛存在于脊椎动物和无脊椎动物中。当外界病原微生物侵入机体后,C型凝集素便可迅速识别和清除病原微生物,在先天性免疫中发挥重要作用,所以C型凝集素一直是免疫学研究领域的热点。本文从结构特征、表达图式和免疫功能等方面对代表性海洋生物的C型凝集素研究现状进行综述,期待可以为深入探讨海洋生物C型凝集素的功能提供参考。

Calcium-dependentlectins(C-type lectins,CTLs)are a family of lectins which share structural homology in their high affinity carbohydrate-recognition domains.C-type lectins can identify and eliminate pathogenic microorganisms when external pathogenic microorganisms invade the body,and act as important components of innate immunity.In this review,we describe the CTLs in selected marine organisms and focus on their structure characteristics,expression profiles and immune functions.
