摘要
利用物联网技术解决布料车向筛分车间矿料仓进行布料时产生粉尘扩散的问题.将粉尘浓度传感器、嵌入式处理器STM32F103B、CAN总线收发器有效地组合构成落料仓物联网传感器,监测矿料仓各个落料口在布料车布料时产生的实时粉尘扩散及滞后情况,并将采集到的数据通过ZigBee无线通信模块CC2430发送到中央控制室,由中央控制室对收集到的数据进行分析、处理.中央控制室根据现场粉尘扩散情况,调整筛分车间集中除尘器运行功率,解决落料口在布料期间实时粉尘及布料后的滞后粉尘扩散问题.
This design mainly uses the technology of Internet of things to solve the dust diffusion problem caused by the distribution of the cloth car to the sifting workshop.The system combines the dust concentration sensor and the embedded processor STM32F103B CAN bus transceiver effectively to form the Internet of things sensor of the orebin,which can monitor the real time dust diffusion and hysteresis caused by the loading holes of the ore silo during the distribution of the cloth truck.The collected data is sent to the central control room through the zigbee wireless communication module CC2430,and the collected data is analyzed and processed by the central control room.Then the central control room adjusts the operation power of the central dust collector in the screening workshop according to the situation of dust diffusion in the field,so as to solve the problem of real time dust and the delayed dust diffusion in the material blanking port during the distribution period.
