维微肝宝营养餐预防乙肝肝硬化并发症的作用

Effect of Weiwei Ganbao nutritious meal on prevention of complications of hepatitis B cirrhosis

〔目的〕对维微肝宝营养餐预防乙肝肝硬化并发症的疗效进行探讨分析。〔方法〕选取2013年1月至2019年1月某医院收治的120例乙肝肝硬化患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组患者60例。对照组患者应用普通营养的方法进行支持治疗,治疗组患者用维微肝宝营养餐进行预防治疗。经规律治疗1~3 mon后,对两组患者肝功能中的总蛋白和白蛋白的改善情况进行对比分析。〔结果〕治疗组总蛋白和白蛋白有明显改善,其改善率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。〔结论〕维微肝宝营养餐对乙肝肝硬化患者进行治疗,安全有效,并且优于其他普通的支持疗法,应予临床推广。

〔Objective〕To explore and analyze the curative properties of Weiwei Ganbao nutrition meal on prevention of complications of hepatitis B cirrhosis.〔Methods〕One hundred and twenty patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis treated in a hospital from January 2013 to January 2019 were enrolled and were randomly divided to treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with common nutrition and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Weiwei Ganbao nutrition meal.After 1 to 3 months of regular treatment,the improvement of total protein and albumin in the liver function of the two groups of patients were comparatively analyzed.〔Results〕The total protein and albumin of the treatment group were significantly improved,and the improvement rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).〔Conclusion〕Weiwei Ganbao nutrition meal is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis,and it is better than other common supportive treatments,and it should be clinically popularized.
