摘要
近年来,单斜相结构的钒酸铋BiVO4(s-m)以优异的物理化学特性和可见光催化性能,引起了人们的广泛关注。研究表明,制备方法的不同会导致其结晶度、形貌、晶面裸露、比表面积等微观结构发生改变,进而影响其可见光催化性能。因此,就BiVO4(s-m)的制备方法行了归纳总结,并对其今后的研究方向进行了展望,以期为BiVO4(s-m)可见光催化剂的研究提供参考。
In recent years,bismuth vanadate BiVO4(s-m)with monoclinic structure has attracted wide attention due to its excellent physical and chemical properties,and visible light photocatalytic properties.Base on a large number of studies,the preparation methods of BiVO4(s-m)have a significant impact on its microstructure,such as crystallinity,morphology,crystal fact and specific surface area.The BiVO4(s-m)microstructures in turn have a strong effect on its visible light photocatlytic properties.So,the preparation methods of BiVO4(s-m)in latest years were summarized,and meantime the future research direction of BiVO4(s-m)were also prospected,in order to provide a reference for the research of BiVO4(s-m)photocatalyst.
