摘要
以硅烷偶联剂3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)和γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)作为改性剂,对氧化铝载体表面进行修饰,研究了硅烷偶联剂对氧化铝载体表面SAPO-34分子筛膜结构及性能的影响。SEM图和XRD分析表明,在改性氧化铝载体表面可以形成致密且高纯度的SAPO-34分子筛膜,没有裂缝、针孔或其他缺陷。气体渗透结果表明,载体改性后SAPO-34分子筛膜的混合气体(H2/CO2)分离选择性达到了14.57,与未经载体改性的分子筛膜相比提高了1.87倍.
The influences of silane coupling agents on the structure and properties of SAPO-34 molecular sieve membrane were studied by modifying the surface of porous Al carrier with two silane coupling agents,3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH-550)andγ-propyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570).SEM images and XRD analysis showed that a dense and pure SAPO-34 zeolite membrane without cracks,pinholes or other defects was formed on the modified porous Al support.The gas permeation results showed that the mixed gas(H2/CO2)separation selectivity of SAPO-34 zeolite membrane after support modification reached 14.57,which was 1.87 times higher than that without support modification.
