碳纤维增强环氧复合材料机械臂结构设计与性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过有限元分析方法对碳纤维增强环氧复合材料(CFRP)机械臂进行力学分析计算,确定了变壁厚CFRP机械臂轻量化的设计方案。变壁厚CFRP机械臂在满足强度及刚度的要求下,重量相对于铝合金材质的机械臂降低了90.9%。 As the core componet of industrial robots,the lightweight design of robot arm has been widely conserned by researchers.The finite element method was used to analysis the carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composite(CFRP)robot arm.Meanwhile,the lightweight design of CFRP robot arm with variable wall thickness was determined.The weight of CFRP robot arm was decreased 90.9%than that of aluminium alloy robot arm on the premise of meeting the requirements of strength and stiffness.
