摘要
研究了介孔二氧化硅(SiO2)及介孔SiO2载银纳米复合材料的制备工艺及其抗菌性能。分别用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等技术对复合材料的表面形貌和组成进行了系统的表征。以革兰氏阴性大肠杆菌(EC)、铜绿假单胞菌(PA)、革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)3种细菌为代表对制备的抗菌材料进行检测。结果表明,介孔SiO2纳米颗粒具有有序的介孔结构,平均孔径在2.879nm;纳米银均匀地分散在孔道内,没有任何团聚现象;介孔SiO2载银纳米颗粒具有较强的抑菌效果,且随着载银量的增加而逐渐提高。
The preparation process and antibacterial properties of mesoporous silica and mesoporous silverloaded silica nanocomposites were studied.The surface morphology and composition of the composites were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The prepared materials were detected by using three bacteria:Escherichia coli(EC),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA),and Staphylococcus aureus(SA).The results shown that the mesoporous silica nanoparticles had an ordered mesoporous structure with an average pore diameter of 2.879 nm.The nano-silver was uniformly dispersed in the pores without any agglomeration.The mesoporous silica-loaded silver nanoparticles were stronger.The bacteriostatic effect was gradually increased as increasing the amount of silver supported.
