电气石竹炭陶瓷复合材料的制备及对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以电气石、竹炭粉为主要原料,黏土为辅料,经混合、成型、干燥和煅烧工艺制备了一种新型的电气石竹炭陶瓷复合材料。利用红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和N2吸附-脱附等手段对电气石竹炭陶瓷复合材料进行表征,并测试了复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。结果表明:成功制备出了一种电气石竹炭陶瓷复合材料,且主要是由(Mg,Al)5(Si,Al)8O20(OH)2·8H2O和SiO2组成。制备的电气石竹炭陶瓷复合材料的粒径为4~5mm,比表面积为137.69m2/g,平均孔径为400~500nm,且对Cr(Ⅵ)具有较好的吸附性能。 The new tourmaline bamboo-charcoal ceramic composite was prepared by using tourmaline and bamboo-charcoal powder as the main raw materials and clay as the auxiliary material,and then mixing,forming,drying and calcining.The composite was characterized via fourier transform infrared(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and N2 adsorption-desorption.And the adsorption properties of the composite on Cr(Ⅵ)were discussed.The results shown that the composite was successfully prepared,which was mainly composed of(Mg,Al)5(Si,Al)8O20(OH)2·8H2O and SiO2.The particle size,specific surface area and average pore diameter of the composite were 4~5 mm,137.69 m2/g and 400~500 nm,respectively.Moreover,the composite possessed good adsorption performance for Cr(Ⅵ).
