社会力量助力凉山州艾滋病防治和健康扶贫攻坚行动

Social forces contributing to the Campaign against HIV/AIDS and Poverty in Liangshan

四川省凉山州是艾滋病高发地区,为保障人民群众健康,促进国家脱贫攻坚目标实现,国家卫生健康委员会和四川省人民政府联合启动了凉山州艾滋病防治和健康扶贫攻坚行动。为动员社会力量参与凉山艾滋病防治攻坚行动,中国性病艾滋病防治协会启动了为期三年的凉山州艾滋病防治公益行动。本文介绍了公益行动的启动背景、准备工作、三个领域的策略和主要活动。

Liangshan prefecture,located in the southwest of Sichuan province,is an area with high HIV/AIDS prevalence.To protect the people’s health and promote poverty alleviation,the National Health Commission and Sichuan provincial government jointly launched a special campaign against HIV/AIDS and poverty in Liangshan.Chinese Association of STD/AIDS Prevention and Control,as an important social force,was also committed to the campaign by launching a three-year program on AIDS prevention and control in Liangshan in 2017.This paper aims to introduce the background,strategies and activities of the program focusing on the three aspects of advocacy and health education,PMTCT,and care for children affected by HIV/AIDS.
