基于PubMed数据库的医院护理人力资源研究热点共词聚类分析

Co-word cluster analysis of research focus in hospital nursing human resources based on PubMed database

目的:分析PubMed数据库医院护理人力资源研究的热点,探讨发现该领域的研究现状及发展趋势。方法:在PubMed数据库中以主题词"nursing staff,hospital""workforce""staff development"检索2009年1月1日—2018年12月31日的文献,采用书目共现分析系统软件统计相关研究文献中的高频主题词,并采用SPSS 22.0统计软件对主要主题词和副主题词进行共词聚类分析。结果:共检索相关文献988篇,提取高频主题词18个,累计百分比为35.34%。共词聚类分析得到3个研究热点,分别为医院护理人员组织、管理与发展;医院护理人员的供给和分配;医院急诊科护理人力资源管理。结论:对近10年医院护理人力资源研究热点进行分析有助于了解该领域的研究现状及发展趋势,对促进医院护理人力资源的挖掘、培训、管理和高效利用有较好的借鉴作用。

Objective To analyze research focus in hospital nursing human resources based on PubMed database and to explore the research status and development trends in this field.Methods The literatures were retrieved in PubMed database with keywords of"nursing staff,hospital","workforce"and"staff development"from January 1,2009 to December 31,2018.The bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder was used to count high-frequency keywords in the relevant research literature,and SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to perform co-word clustering analysis on main keywords and sub-topics.Results A total of 988 relevant literatures were searched,and 18 high-frequency keywords were extracted,with a cumulative percentage of 35.34%.Three research focuses were obtained from the co-words cluster analysis,namely,the organization,management and development of hospital nursing staff;supply and distribution of hospital nursing staff;and the management of nursing human resources in emergency departments of hospitals.Conclusions Analyzing the research focus of hospital nursing human resources in the past 10 years is helpful to understand the research status and development trends in this field,which has a good reference for promoting the mining,training,management and efficient use of hospital nursing human resources.
