摘要
目的考察8种常用药材(川芎、独活、茯苓、三七、白芍、狗脊、大黄、延胡索)中铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、钡(Ba)、铅(Pb)8种重金属元素的含量,为中药材的规范化种植和质量管理提供科学依据。方法微波消解法消解样品,将锗(Ge)、铟(In)、铋(Bi)作为内标,用电感耦合等离子质谱法同时测定药材粉末中8种金属元素的含量。结果检测的8种元素线性关系良好,相关系数R2≥0.9977。各元素的检出限在6.6~261.7 ng·L^-1内,回收率在86.05%~112.99%内,RSD≤10%。结论该方法适用于这8种中药材的重金属限量控制。
Objective To investigate the contents of 8 heavy metal elements(Cr,Mn,Ni,Cu,As,Cd,Ba,Pb)in 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines(Chuanxiong rhizoma,Angelicae pubescentis radix,Poria,Notoginseng radix et rhizoma,Paeoniae radix alba,Cibotii rhizoma,Rhei radix et rhizoma,Corydalis rhizoma)and provide scientific basis for Chinese medicine′s quality control and standard planting.Methods The contents of 8 metal elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with microwave digestion method,then with In,Ge,Bi as the internal standard.Results The 8 metal elements showed good linearity in the selected concentration ranges,with the correlation coefficients of the standard curve were over 0.9977.The detection limits of the 8 elements were in the range of 6.6~261.7 mg·L-1.The recovery was 86.05%~112.99%,RSD≤10%.Conclusion The method has high sensitivity,high precision,wide linear range and good accuracy,which can be used to determine the contents of 8 heavy metal elements in the 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medcines.
