摘要
目的研究不同炮制方法对党参指标性成分党参炔苷、党参多糖(codonopsis pilosula polysaccharides,CPPS)和5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethylfurfural,5-HMF)含量的影响。方法以党参生品及不同炮制品作为研究对象,采用HPLC法测定党参炔苷、5-HMF的含量,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定党参多糖的含量。结果党参炔苷含量依次为:生品>米炒>清蒸>麸炒>蜜炙;党参多糖含量依次为:生品>米炒>麸炒>蜜炙>清蒸;5-HMF含量依次为:清蒸>蜜炙>麸炒>米炒>生品。结论党参采用不同方法炮制后,所含指标性成分均有不同程度的变化,进而会影响党参的功效。
Objective To study the effects of different processing methods on the contents of the index components of lobetyolin、codonopsis pilosula polysaccharides(CPPS)and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF)in Codonopsis Radix.Methods Studied on crude and processed products of Codonopsis Radix,The content of lobetyolin and 5-HMF were determined by HPLC,The content of CPPs was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Results The rank of lobetyolin was as follows:crude product>rice-processed product>steamed product>bran-processed product>honey-fried product.The rank of CPPS was as follows:crude product>rice-processed product>bran-processed product>honey-fried product>steamed product.The rank of 5-HMF was as follows:steamed product>honey-fried product>bran-processed product>rice-processed product>crude product.Conclusion After processed by different methods,the index components of Codonopsis Radix have different degrees of change,which will affect the efficacy of Codonopsis Radix,provide a reference for the quality evaluation and rational development of Codonopsis Radix.
