牙周炎与种植体周围炎患者牙周组织中巨噬细胞表型极化对比分析 被引量:7

Comparative analysis of macrophage phenotype polarization in periodontal tissues of patients with periodontitis and per-implantatitis

摘要 目的:研究比较慢性牙周炎(chronic paradentitis,CP)和种植体周围炎(peri-implantitis,PI)牙周组织M1/M2巨噬细胞极化情况及关系。方法:收集CP患者(24例)和PI患者(28例)牙周组织,并选取健康牙周组织作为对照组(NC组,22例),行牙周组织活检,并分析测定细胞因子水平。结果:CP组M1/M2比值明显高于其余两组;CP组IFN-γ、IL-6表达水平明显高于其余两组,PI组IL-6表达水平明显低于NC组;CP及PI两组中TNF-α、IL-12表达水平明显高于NC组;NC组IL-4表达水平明显高于其余两组(P<0.05)。结论:巨噬细胞数目和极化状态与CP的关系密切,可导致牙周组织的破坏;极化程度有可能成为CP早期临床诊断的有效指标。 Objective:To compare the relationship between chronic paradentitis(CP)and peri-implantitis(PI)periodontal tissue M1/M2 macrophage polarization.Methods:Periodontal tissues of CP patients(24 cases)and PI patients(28 cases)were collected,and healthy periodontal tissues were selected as controls(NC group, 22 cases).Periodontal biopsy,statistical analysis and cytokine levels were determined.Results:The M1/M2 ratio of the CP group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups,the IFN-γ and IL-6 expression levels of the CP group were significantly higher than those of the other two groups,and the IL-6 expression level of the PI group was significantly lower than that of the NC group.The expression levels of TNF-α and IL-12 in the CP and PI groups were significantly higher than those in the NC group.The IL-4 expression levels in the NC group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The number and polarization state of macrophages are closely related to CP,which can lead to the destruction of periodontal tissue.The degree of polarization may become an effective indicator for early clinical diagnosis of CP.
