手术导航系统联合数字化导板技术修复下颌骨缺损的疗效研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评估应用计算机辅助导航系统结合数字导板技术对下颌骨缺损后修复重建手术精确性的影响。方法:回顾性分析2016年7月~2019年6月我院行数字化外科辅助下颌骨缺损重建手术的病例,根据手术方法不同分为导板组10例,联合导航组5例。通过测量术后双侧下颌角点间距、髁突外侧极点间距和下颌中线的偏移情况,评估数字化导板联合导航技术在提升下颌骨重建手术精度中的作用。结果:对比分析术前术后下颌骨重建数据,联合导航组较导板组复位误差更小,手术精确度更高。结论:在复杂的下颌骨缺损手术中,联合使用手术导航系统及数字化导板技术有助于提高下颌骨重建的精确性,恢复面部对称性,是一种较为理想的手术辅助方法。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of computer-aided navigation system combined with digital guide technology on the accuracy of reconstruction surgery for mandibular defects.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed cases of digital surgery assisted mandibular defect reconstruction surgery in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2019.According to different surgical methods,10 cases were divided into guide group and 5 cases in the combined navigation group.By measuring postoperative bilateral gonion distance,bilateral point of condyle distance and midline deviation of mandible,the role of digital guide combined navigation technology in improving the accuracy of mandibular reconstruction surgery was evaluated.Results:The postoperative mandibular reconstruction data were measured and compared with the preoperative design.The reduction error of the combined navigation group was smaller than that of the guide group,and the surgical accuracy was higher.Conclusion:In complex mandibular defect surgery,the combined use of surgical navigation system and digital guide plate can help improve the accuracy of mandibular reconstruction and restore facial symmetry,which is an ideal surgical auxiliary method.
